No two projects are the same, but to ensure great results the our design process always involves the following elements for the creation of a properties master plan.

1. Initial Site Consultation: We begin with an initial site consultation that includes a visit to the property and a meeting with our clients. One of the goals of this process is to create a “wish list” that captures the client’s priorities and takes advantage of the properties unique possibilities.

2. Design Development Phase: Now we coordinate the wish list with reality. We work with the client in a series of meetings to present and discuss design concepts involving hardscape layout, building materials, color palettes, and plant materials.

3. Working Drawings and Master Plan: At this stage we move into the final design phase of the project and with our clients approval we provide the final drawn plans.
